Since inception, the Built Air team has grown both in number and experience and now delivers a diverse range of Mechanical Services and Project Management Solutions to a national client base. Our team has the ability to manage every aspect from feasibility & design solutions, construction of new capital developments, to building and implementing a plan to reduce your energy usage and costs.

To ensure complete client satisfaction, we consult with you through every stage of your project, from conception to completion. Our Project Management team can manage every aspect of your capital development based on a proven Project Delivery Methodology, including Project Background, Scope of Works, Stakeholder Management, Communications Plan, Delivery Strategy, Statutory Approvals, Material Procurement, Risk Management, Cost Control and Time Management. The level of detail is tailored to suit your requirements, the particular service or project and the complexity of the delivery methods. This process works because we support and empower our Project Managers and Engineers.

The Built Air team will work with you to review your plan until you are ready to approve it. When this process is finalised, we set up regular reviews to evolve the plan, as required, throughout the project. This structured approach allows you to focus on your business while we deliver your project.

Finalisation and handover are the final steps in successful delivery. We carefully manage project completion, commissioning, testing and inspection of the works and provide comprehensive Operation and Maintenance Manuals where required. We are also able to provide operator training and detailed completion reports for your mechanical installation or capital development.
